• Google Meet participant names and email addresses
• Join and leave times for meeting participants
• Google Classroom course information
• Google account profile (name, email) for authentication

• Track and record attendance for educational purposes
• Generate attendance reports for teachers and administrators
• Link Google Meet sessions to Google Classroom courses
• Send automated absence and late-arrival notifications

Data Storage

All data is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore and Google BigQuery within your organization's Google Cloud project. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data is only accessible to authorized users (teachers, admins) within your institution's domain. We never use your data for advertising.

Data Retention

Attendance records are retained according to your organization's configured policies. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
