Ensure you have linked the meeting to a course using the course selector in the add-on sidebar. Attendance is only saved once a course is linked.

Sign out of the add-on and sign in again using the "Sign in with Google" button. Ensure popups are allowed for app.attendancex.io in your browser settings.

The add-on polls for live participants. If the meeting has just started, wait a few seconds and the participant list will populate automatically.
